How long will my order take?
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be processed, printed, and packed before it’s shipped.
As a small business, everything is made in small batches or to order — so things may take a little longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait.
Shipping
We use Royal Mail for standard orders. Larger or bulk orders may be shipped via courier.
Shipping options are available at checkout. If you’d like tracked or special delivery, please make sure you select this option.
Please note: choosing a faster shipping method does not speed up production time.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — local pickup is available. Details will be provided at checkout if this option is selected.
T-Shirts & Fulfilment
Our T-shirts are made to order by a trusted external partner.
This means:
- They may arrive separately from other items
- They will come in different packaging

Do you sell anywhere else?
Right now, this is the only place to shop Sad Disco Club online.
We don’t sell on Etsy — we prefer to keep things independent and fair.
We do pop up at markets from time to time, so keep an eye on our Instagram for updates.

Can I expect fast delivery?
We’re a small business, not a warehouse — so we can’t compete with Amazon speeds.
Everything is made with care, so we really appreciate your patience.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards, which can be found on our website in the gift card section.
