Returns & Refunds

As a small, made-to-order business, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to fix it.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We offer returns or refunds if your item arrives:

- Incorrect
- Severely damaged
- Faulty

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll review this and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Delivery & Delays

Once your order has been dispatched within our stated processing time, delivery is in the hands of the courier.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Please note:

- Selecting a faster shipping option does not reduce production time
- Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees


Important Notes

- All items are made or prepared in small batches or to order
- T-shirts are fulfilled by an external partner and may arrive separately
- We are unable to offer refunds for delayed deliveries once dispatched within our stated timeframe
